Senior Program Manager I, Advanced Spares Inventory Management

• Design and implement multi-echelon inventory optimization policies
• Utilize statistical and machine learning models to generate spare parts demand forecasts
• Develop and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management plan
• Lead strategic sourcing and negotiation of critical spares
• Interface with Engineering and Finance to align spare parts strategy with asset uptime goals

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8 years of experience in program or project management
• 7 years of experience in MRO Spares Planning, service logistics, or inventory optimization
• 5 years of experience driving programs in cloud infrastructure
• 5 years of experience with a Tier 1 ERP system (e.g., SAP) for inventory, and with data analysis tools like SQL
